Cassoulet, oh Cassoulet!!

Cassoulet is one of those fabulous preserved meats and dried beans recipes that exist all over Europe and the new world. I’ve tried Toulouse-style cassoulet in Carcassonne with my BD11 classmate, its very tasty…yummy..yummy…and we have a wonderful time over there…


My friends of BD11, are we still have a chance to try Toulouse-style cassoulet?? I miss you all !!!
